Bradford Protein Assay Kit Bradford method utilizes Coomassie Brillant Blue G-250 dye binding to an unknown protein and forming a complex which can be detected spectophotometrically at 595nm. Method of choice for protein quantitation. Specifications:Designed to quantitate 1 to 10µg/ml protein but can be scaled up to quantitate 10 to 100µg/ml simply by increasing the volume of the dye generating a standard curve in the 10 to 100µg/ml range.Components: Bradford Reagent 1L, NaCl 0.15M 200ml, BSA Standard (0.5 mg/ml) 2x1.5ml.
