BRD73954 is a potent HDAC inhibitor that selectively inhibits HDAC6 and HDAC8 with IC50 values of 0.0036 μM and 0.12 μM, respectively. It also inhibits HDAC2, HDAC1, and HDAC3 at higher concentrations. It leads to decreased levels of HDAC6 and upregulation of Ac-Tubulin.
