The BrightStar™ Femto HRP Chemiluminescent Substrate is a highly sensitive Luminol-based chemiluminescent substrate that may be used for any blotting applications utilizing horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated antibodies. The HRP substrates are compatible with various blocking buffers and can be applied on PVDF or nitrocellulose with low backgrounds. The HRP Western substrates come as single component mix system for added convenience. Visualization may be carried out through x-ray film or a CCD camera. This is a 15mL kit luminol reagent and peroxide solution.
