Buck Percussion Hammer, Sklar. 6-3/4 in., Stainless Steel / Rubber. Sklar's Buck Percussion Hammer is a diagnostic tool that features a head design similar to that of the Dejerine Hammer; however, the non-latex bumpers on each end of the head are different sizes. The Buck Hammer comes with a pin that screws into the top of the handle which protrudes slightly vertically through the middle point of the bumpers. This hammer also contains a brush that screws into the bottom of the handle. It is used for reflex and general neurological testing.
