InVivoPure pH 8.0 Dilution Buffer is a sterile, ready-to-use 1X phosphate-buffered saline formulated for in vivo antibody dilution and administration. The solution is low in endotoxin, filtered to 0.2 μm, and has been screened for common murine pathogens and tested for toxicity in animal models. Supplied in a 50 mL volume and intended for use at pH 8.0.

• 50 mL ready-to-use 1X solution.
• Phosphate buffer: 35 mM Na2HPO4, 1.7 mM NaH2PO4, 136 mM NaCl.
• Does not contain calcium, magnesium, phenol red, or azide preservatives.
• Endotoxin <0.5 EU/mL.
• 0.2 μm filtered and sterility tested.
• Screened negative for common murine pathogens.
• Store at 4°C; keep contents sterile and open only in a biological safety cabinet.
