BX034—Alexa Fluor™ 750 for PhenoCycler (Formerly BX034—Alexa FluorTM 750-RX034) is used with the PhenoCycler Conjugation kit for conjugation of your antibody of choice with PhenoCycler Barcode BX034. Each kit contains one tube of the lyophilized BX034 Barcode for use in a single conjugation reaction, and two tubes of Alexa Fluor™ 750-RX034 Reporters for use in optimizing PhenoCycler antibody titration and PhenoCycler runs. There is sufficient volume for 50 µg antibody conjugation, which provides enough material for 10 to 50 stains depending on yield and titer.
