Specificity: Recognizes c-Fos and v-Fos (viral oncogene Fos). Applications: ICC, IHC (FS), IHC (PS), IP, WB. Recommended Dilutions: Immunocytochemistry (1-5µg/ml) Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, 5-10µg/ml) Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections, 5-10µg/ml, pepsin or heat pre-treatment required) Immunoprecipitation (1-2µg per reaction) Western Blot (1-5µg/ml). Suggested starting concentrations are provided. Antibodies should be titrated for optimal results in individual systems. Purity: Immunoaffinity purified IgG. Formulation: Liquid. In 0.05M sodium phosphate buffer containing 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin. Handling: Do not freeze.
