CAL-101 (Idelalisib, GS-1101, Zydelig) is a synthetic drug that potently inhibits the phosphoinositide 3-kinase P110δ(PI3Kδ) (IC50=2.5 nM), with 40-300-fold selectivity over p110α, β, and γ. CAL-101 is FDA approved for treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in combination with rituximab. Provided as 10 mg of dry powder. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter,  PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
