Description

The Serine Protease Inhibitor Cocktail Set I controls the biological activity of Serine Protease. This small molecule/inhibitor is primarily used for Protease Inhibitors applications.

A cocktail of four protease inhibitors that is useful for inhibition of a broad range of serine proteases. When reconstituted with 1mL H2O each vial will contain a 100X stock solution of protease inhibitors. When diluted to 1X the protease inhibitor cocktail will contain 500μM AEBSF, HCl (Cat. No. 101500), 420nM Aprotinin (Cat. No. 616370), 20μM Elastinal (Cat. No. 324691), and 1μM GGACK (Cat. No. 347436). Supplied with a data sheet.
