Description

The PTP LYP Inhibitor controls the biological activity of PTP LYP. This small molecule/inhibitor is primarily used for Phosphorylation & Dephosphorylation applications.

A cell-permeable, Au(I)-phosphine complex that acts as selective inhibitor of lymphoid tyrosine phosphatase (LYP) (IC50= 1.5μM) and has a ∽10-fold selectivity for LYP over PTP-PEST, HePTP, and CD45 in both JTAg cells and primary mouse thymocytes.
