Six reagents are included: 125ml of each reagent is included: PlateBlock™, a blocker specifically designed for serological ELISA, LowCross-Buffer STRONG, an innovative assay buffer that reduces interference, Liquid Plate Sealer Animal-Free, a stabilizer for coated surfaces, HRP-Protector™, a stabilizer for HRP-conjugates, and Coating Buffer (pH 7.4), a buffer for adsorptive immobilization of proteins and antibodies on plastic surfaces. These reagents will greatly improve the accuracy of your assay and significantly reduce false positives and false negatives.
