A DNA sequence encoding the Canine FCGRT (XP_038512242.1) (Ala23-Pro298) was expressed with a c-terminal AVI tagged polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding Canine B2M (NP_001271408.1) (Met1-Asn125) was fused , constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the Canine FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer was purified. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
