The CatchPoint cAMP Fluorescent Assay Kit is a 96-well competitive immunoassay for quantitative measurement of intracellular or biochemical cAMP levels in cell-based and enzymatic assays. It provides high-affinity reagents and pre-coated microplates optimized for sensitive fluorescence detection.

• Format: 96-well bulk kit with reagents for ten 96-well plates.
• Target analyte: 3',5'-cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP).
• Detection: fluorescent competitive immunoassay, 120 μL total assay volume per well.
• Contents: pre-coated black 96-well plates, rabbit anti-cAMP antibody, HRP-cAMP conjugate, cAMP calibrator, substrate, assay buffer, wash concentrate, cell lysis buffer.
• Incubation: 2 hours for antibody/conjugate incubation; substrate signal readable from 10 minutes up to 24 hours.
• Storage: store components at 4°C; reconstituted reagents stable for about 3 weeks at 4°C.
