Description

The MedSchenker™ CavSwab™ tip is created with precision scalloped surface Nylon™ fibers that create a cavum. This design creates a larger surface area to absorb and help collect a large amount of specimen.

  • Developed out of extensive collaboration with physicians and clinical microbiologists
  • Engineered for perfect bend without creating additional irritation for the patient
  • Precision scalloped surface of flocked nylon fibers is more comfortable and less intrusive than traditional polyester swabs
  • Design allows for a quick sample uptake and elution of more than 90% of the sample
  • Electron beam sterilized and individually wrapped in pouches to ensure 100% sterility
