CD10 Antibody from is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that recognizes human CD10. It is unconjugated and has been tested for flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA applications. The immunogen is purified recombinant human CD10 protein produced in HEK293T cells. This antibody has been verified to bind to CD10 on human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell lines as well as normal human bone marrow cells. Each vial contains 100 μg antibody in 1.0 mL of PBS with <0.1% sodium azide and 0.1% gelatin. This antibody is recommended for detection of CD10 expression on cells and tissues.
