The CD10 FITC Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated monoclonal antibody that recognizes CD10, also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA). CD10 is a 100 kDa cell surface zinc metalloprotease expressed on early lymphoid progenitors, germinal center B cells, and some myeloid cells. This antibody is recommended for detection of CD10 expression in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA.
