The CD10 (MF450) Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD10. CD10, also known as CALLA (Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Antigen), is a 100 kDa cell surface zinc metalloprotease expressed by early lymphoid progenitors, bone marrow stromal cells, follicular dendritic cells, and some fibroblasts. This antibody is conjugated to Miltenyi Biotec's MACS MicroBeads for magnetic cell separation and flow cytometry applications. The CD10 antibody can be used for immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, and Western blot. It is recommended for the isolation of CD10-expressing cells including certain leukemia and lymphoma cells.
