The Caprico CD10 PE Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD10. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry. This antibody detects CD10, also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), on the surface of acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells and other cell types. It can be used to identify and characterize CD10-expressing cells in normal and malignant tissues. The antibody is provided as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, containing 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.
