The CapricoBio CD105 (Endoglin) PE Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD105. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry assays. This antibody recognizes the extracellular portion of CD105 and has been tested for cross-reactivity in rhesus, cynomolgus monkey, bovine, porcine, and mouse samples. CD105 is a transmembrane glycoprotein highly expressed on proliferating endothelial cells and involved in angiogenesis. This antibody can be used to identify endothelial cells and cancer cells that express CD105.
