The CD117 (c-Kit) APC-Cyanine7 antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to CD117, also known as c-Kit or Stem Cell Factor Receptor. CD117 is a transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase expressed on hematopoietic stem cells, mast cells, melanocytes, and interstitial cells of Cajal. This antibody is conjugated to APC-Cyanine7 (APC-Cy7), a tandem fluorochrome with excitation maxima of 650 nm and 743 nm. It is suitable for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence assays. The antibody is supplied at 0.1 mg in 0.2 ml of PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin.
