The Caprico CD117 (c-Kit) MFLUOR450 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD117. It is conjugated to MFLUOR450 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry. This antibody detects CD117, also known as c-Kit or SCFR, which is a 145 kDa transmembrane receptor with tyrosine kinase activity. CD117 plays an important role in cell survival, proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells. This antibody is recommended for detection of CD117 expression on hematopoietic progenitors, mast cells and interstitial cells of Cajal.
