The CD117 PE Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a phycoerythrin-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD117, also known as c-Kit or stem cell factor receptor. It is recommended for detection of CD117 protein in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence. This antibody has been tested and validated for flow cytometry using human bone marrow cells. Each vial contains 100 tests of antibody in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.
