CD117 (c-Kit) PerCP-Cyanine5.5 is a monoclonal antibody conjugated to PerCP-Cyanine5.5 used to detect CD117 expression on hematopoietic stem cells and progenitor cells by flow cytometry. It is clone 104D2 and isotype mouse IgG1, kappa. This antibody is intended for laboratory use in analyzing CD117 expression on normal and abnormal cells for research purposes. Recommended usage is 5-25 uL per test, with 100 uL whole blood or 1 million cells. It is optimized for flow cytometry and has excitation/emission wavelengths of 482/678 nm. The antibody is available in sizes ranging from 25-100 tests.
