The CD11a (LFA-1 alpha) PE Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD11a. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and ELISA. This antibody recognizes the 180 kDa alpha subunit of the leukocyte function-associated antigen 1 (LFA-1), which plays a role in leukocyte intercellular adhesion through interactions with ICAM-1, ICAM-2 and ICAM-3. The antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. Each test contains 100 μL of antibody.
