The CD11b PE Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes the CD11b cell surface marker. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is suitable for flow cytometry applications. This antibody can be used to identify macrophages, monocytes, granulocytes, and natural killer cells. The immunogen is a BALB/c mouse macrophage cell line. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The recommended usage is 5 μl (0.25 μg) per test.
