CD11b (PerCP-Cyanine5.5) is a mouse anti-human monoclonal antibody from used in flow cytometry. It specifically binds the integrin alpha M chain (CD11b) found on monocytes, macrophages, granulocytes, NK cells and subsets of dendritic cells and T cells. This antibody is conjugated to PerCP-Cyanine5.5 fluorescent dye and is recommended for use in analyzing leukocyte populations and immunophenotyping. The optimal working concentration is 5-25 ug/mL. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. It should be stored at 4°C protected from light.
