The CD11c Antibody is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that recognizes CD11c, a type I transmembrane protein that is highly expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages. This antibody is unconjugated and is recommended for detection of CD11c protein in human, mouse, and rat samples by flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and Western blot. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and is supplied at 0.5 mg in PBS with 0.09% sodium azide.
