The CD127 APC antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD127. It is conjugated to APC fluorochrome and is suitable for flow cytometry applications. The antibody clone is A019D5 and it has been tested for specificity on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The antibody is supplied at 0.2 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 2 mg/mL BSA. The recommended dilution for flow cytometry is 5-25 μL per test. This antibody can be used for labeling human T cells, B cells, and monocytes. It is recommended for use in immunophenotyping and other cell surface marker studies. The antibody is available in sizes ranging from 100 μg to 1 mg.
