The CD127 PE Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD127. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and ELISA. This antibody recognizes the alpha chain of the interleukin-7 receptor which is expressed on T and B lymphocytes, monocytes and dendritic cells. The recommended usage is 5-25 μl per test with 106 cells in 100 μl. The antibody is supplied as 0.2 mg in 0.2 ml of PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin. It has a 12 month shelf life when stored at 2-8°C.
