The CD127 (IL-7Rα) PE/Cyanine7 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD127. It is conjugated to PE/Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry applications. CD127 is expressed on T cells and is important for T cell survival and homeostasis. This antibody can be used to identify CD127 expressing cells including T cells by flow cytometry. The recommended usage is 5 μL per test and the antibody has been tested on human peripheral blood samples. It is supplied as 0.2 mg in 0.2 mL of PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin.
