The Caprico CD13 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD13, also known as aminopeptidase N. It is recommended for detection of CD13 in Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry on frozen or paraffin-embedded sections, and flow cytometry. The antibody has been tested and validated for use in human samples. According to the product details, this antibody is purified by protein A/G and conjugated to biotin. It is provided at 200 μg in 1.0 ml of PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin. The immunogen is human leukemic cells.
