The CD13 FITC Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is a fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD13. CD13 is a 150 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein also known as aminopeptidase N. It is expressed on myeloid cells and has roles in antigen processing and angiogenesis. This antibody is recommended for detection of CD13 by flow cytometry. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The concentration is 0.5 mg/mL.
