The CD13 PE-Cyanine7 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD13, also known as aminopeptidase N. It is conjugated to PE-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes the 150 kDa CD13 antigen expressed on myeloid cells including monocytes, granulocytes, myeloid dendritic cells, and their progenitors. It can be used for phenotyping studies to identify CD13 positive populations by flow cytometry. The antibody is supplied at 0.2 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 2 mg/mL BSA.
