The Beckman Coulter CD14 antibody IM2580U is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD14. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (RPE) and is intended for use in flow cytometry to identify human monocytes, macrophages and granulocytes. This antibody is supplied at 0.06 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline with 0.1% sodium azide and 1% bovine serum albumin. The recommended usage is 5-20 μL per test, with 106 cells per test. It has a 12 month shelf life when stored at 2-8°C protected from prolonged exposure to light.
