The CD14 Antibody (61D3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that specifically binds to human CD14. CD14 is a 55 kDa GPI-anchored glycoprotein expressed on monocytes, macrophages and neutrophils. It serves as a receptor for lipopolysaccharide binding protein complexes and facilitates activation of toll-like receptor 4 signaling. The 61D3 antibody is recommended for detection of CD14 expression on human monocytes or macrophages by flow cytometry. It is supplied as 100 μg purified antibody, with 0.09% sodium azide as preservative.
