The Caprico CD14 FITC Antibody is a fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD14. CD14 is a 55 kDa glycoprotein expressed on the surface of monocytes, macrophages and neutrophils. This antibody is recommended for detection of CD14 in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. Each test contains 20 μl of antibody. The antibody is purified from cell culture supernatant and conjugated under optimal conditions with unreacted dye removed. It is recommended to use 10 μl antibody to label 106 cells in 100 μl.
