CD14 iFluor 488 is a monoclonal antibody conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488 dye. It is used for detecting human CD14, a 55 kDa glycoprotein expressed on monocytes, macrophages and neutrophils. This antibody is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and other fluorescent detection methods. The Alexa Fluor 488 dye has an excitation max of 495 nm and emission max of 519 nm. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. Each test contains 100 μL of antibody at a concentration of 20 μg/mL.
