The CD14 Antibody 61D3 PE is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD14. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and other fluorescence-based applications. This antibody recognizes the CD14 cell surface antigen, a 55 kDa GPI-anchored glycoprotein expressed on monocytes, macrophages and neutrophils. It acts as a co-receptor with TLR4 for the detection of bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The 61D3 clone has high affinity and specificity for CD14. This antibody is pre-titrated and quality-tested for consistent performance. Each vial contains 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA.
