The CD14 PE-CF594 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD14. CD14 is a 55 kDa glycoprotein expressed on the surface of monocytes, macrophages and neutrophils. This antibody is conjugated to PE-CF594, a tandem fluorochrome with excitation peaks of 488 nm and 561 nm. It is recommended for flow cytometry applications requiring a PE-Texas Red tandem fluorochrome, such as multicolor analysis of human monocyte or macrophage populations. The antibody is supplied as 100 tests in a concentration of 20 μl.
