The CD14 PE-Cyanine7 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD14. CD14 is a 55 kDa GPI-linked membrane glycoprotein expressed on monocytes, macrophages and neutrophils. This antibody is conjugated to PE-Cyanine7, a tandem fluorochrome with an emission maximum of 767nm. It is suitable for flow cytometry and has been tested on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The recommended dilution for flow cytometry is 5-25 μl per test. Each vial contains 100 tests in 0.2 ml. This antibody is also available in sizes of 25 tests and 500 tests.
