CD15-FITC is a monoclonal antibody conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) that is used for the identification and enumeration of human granulocytes by flow cytometry. It binds specifically to CD15, an antigen expressed on granulocytes. This antibody can be used to differentiate granulocytes from other leukocytes in human whole blood, bone marrow, and tissue samples. It is supplied as a liquid in 0.5 mL containing 50 tests at 20 μL per test. The optimal suggested dilution is 1:10 to 1:50. Storage is 2-8°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. This product is intended for research use only.
