The Beckman Coulter CD15 antibody (clone MMA) is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to CD15, also known as Lewis X antigen. It is intended for use in flow cytometry to identify granulocytes, monocytes, and myeloid leukemic blasts. This antibody is supplied as a 0.5 mL liquid in phosphate buffered saline with 0.1% sodium azide and 1% bovine serum albumin. The concentration is 0.5 mg/mL. The antibody is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is excited by the 488 nm laser. This antibody can be used for immunophenotyping of acute myeloid leukemia samples.
