CD15 PE-Cyanine5 is a monoclonal antibody conjugated to phycoerythrin (PE) and cyanine 5 (Cy5) dyes. It is used for flow cytometry and is specific for CD15, also known as Lewis X antigen or stage-specific embryonic antigen 1 (SSEA-1). CD15 is expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, and their precursors. This antibody can be used to identify and analyze cells expressing CD15 by flow cytometry. The excitation maxima are 496 nm and 646 nm for PE and Cy5 respectively. This product is supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, containing 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.
