CD15 PE-Cyanine7 is a monoclonal antibody conjugated to PE-Cyanine7 that is used for flow cytometry. It specifically binds to CD15, also known as Lewis X and SSEA-1, which is a carbohydrate antigen found on neutrophils, monocytes, and their precursors. This antibody can be used to identify and analyze cells expressing CD15 by flow cytometry. The excitation and emission maxima are 496 nm and 774 nm respectively. This product is supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, containing 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.
