The Beckman Coulter CD159a (NKT-2) antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes the invariant Vα24Jα18 TCR chain expressed by human NKT cells. It is conjugated to PE and is intended for use in flow cytometry to identify and characterize NKT cells. This antibody is supplied at 0.06 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 1% BSA. Recommended usage is 5-10 μL per test, with optimal dilution to be determined by titration. It can be used both alone and in combination with other antibodies. The CD159a antibody provides a simple and effective tool for studying NKT cells and their roles in immune responses.
