The Caprico CD16 Antibody (4014045) is an APC-conjugated monoclonal antibody that targets human CD16, also known as Fc gamma receptor III. It is produced in mouse and recognizes an extracellular epitope. This antibody can be used for flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and other applications to label and analyze CD16 expression on natural killer cells, monocytes, macrophages, and granulocytes. The immunogen is human granulocytes. This antibody is validated for flow cytometry using human peripheral blood cells.
