The CD16 Antibody Clone 3G8 APC-Cyanine7 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD16, also known as Fc gamma receptor III. It is conjugated to APC-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and Western blot. This antibody recognizes CD16 on natural killer cells, monocytes, macrophages, and granulocytes. It can be used for studying NK cell biology, ADCC, and phagocytosis. The recommended dilution for flow cytometry is 5 μL/test and the clone is 3G8. The antibody is supplied at 0.2 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide.
