The Caprico CD16 (FcγRIII) mFluor 450 antibody is a mouse anti-human CD16 monoclonal antibody conjugated to mFluor 450. It is specific for human CD16, also known as FcγRIII, a low affinity IgG receptor expressed on natural killer cells, neutrophils, monocytes and macrophages. This antibody can be used for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and other fluorescent detection methods. It is available in sizes ranging from 25 tests to 1000 tests.
