The Caprico CD16 PE Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD16, also known as Fc gamma receptor III. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is intended for use in flow cytometry. This antibody can be used to identify various immune cells including NK cells, monocytes, macrophages, and granulocytes. The immunogen is a purified recombinant extracellular domain of human CD16. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. Each test contains 100 μL of antibody at a concentration of 20 μL/106 cells. The clone is 3G8.
