It is conjugated to PE-Cyanine7 and is suitable for flow cytometry applications. This antibody recognizes the CD16a and CD16b isoforms. It is recommended for staining human peripheral blood cells. The antibody is supplied at 0.2 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 2 mg/mL bovine serum albumin. The clone is 3G8.
